At BCM Prophetic Coaching, we are committed to providing life-transforming spiritual and educational experiences. Because our programs involve digital access, spiritual impartation, and downloadable materials, we uphold the following refund and return policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties.

🔹 1. Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, PDFs, Training Materials)

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This includes online coaching programs, video trainings, PDFs, and all digital curriculum.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your course or materials, please contact us at support@bcm-coaching.com and we will assist you promptly.

🔹 2. Certification & Coaching Programs

Enrollment into a BCM Coaching certification program signifies commitment to a spiritual and professional journey.

  • Refunds are not provided once program materials are accessed or coaching sessions have begun.

  • If you have not yet started the program and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, a partial refund may be considered (minus admin/processing fees).

Note: Requests for withdrawal after the start date will not be eligible for refund.

🔹 3. Events & Live Workshops (Online or In-Person)

All ticket purchases for live workshops, boot camps, or events are non-refundable but may be transferred to another event date or individual upon request.

🔹 4. Subscription Services (If applicable)

If you are subscribed to a recurring monthly coaching plan, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds are given for prior months once charged.

🔹 5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies or unexpected life events may occur. In rare and compassionate cases, we may offer:

  • Course credit for future use

  • Program transfer to another individual

  • Postponement to a future training cohort

Such exceptions are granted at the discretion of BCM Coaching leadership and must be requested in writing.
