Each week, you’ll receive powerful teaching, live Zoom support, and transformational assignments to guide you step-by-step into wholeness.2
- Week 1: Recognizing Toxicity & Reclaiming AwarenessIn Week 1, we shine the light on what’s been hidden. You’ll learn what a toxic relationship truly looks like and start uncovering the root causes that often get ignored. Through teaching, reflection, and prayer, we’ll break off confusion, guilt, and denial—so you can begin to take back your voice and your power.1
- Week 2: Boundaries, Fear, and the Power to Say NoThis week is about taking back control. You’ll learn the power of saying “no,” how to spot manipulation, and why setting boundaries is essential—not selfish. Through guided activations and faith-building exercises, you’ll begin removing the hooks of control and choosing truth over fear. You are not here to be a doormat. You are here to walk in boldness, wisdom, and peace.1
- Week 3: Letting Go, Detachment & Inner StrengthWeek 3 is a turning point. You’ll learn how to emotionally detach from toxic people and false hope, even if the person is still in your life. As you confront loneliness and fear, you’ll discover that God has already prepared strength, comfort, and community for you. This week is not just about loss—it’s about making room for the life you were truly meant to live.1
- Week 4: Healing the Heart – Forgiveness, Identity & Inner RestorationThis week, we go to the root. We address what’s been buried in the heart—the shame, the identity loss, the lingering bitterness. Through forgiveness, truth-telling, and inner healing, you’ll begin to rebuild who you truly are. Not the version of you shaped by pain—but the version shaped by grace, strength, and divine purpose.1
- Week 5: Rebuilding Your Life, Relationships & PurposeThis week is about moving forward. You’ve broken off the old—now it’s time to build something new. Through teaching, group vision work, and restoration prayers, you’ll begin restoring your faith in love, community, and your divine calling. You are not behind. You are right on time. And your future is still full of promise.1
- Week 6: Sustaining Freedom & Becoming WholeIn this final week, we seal the victory. You’ll reflect on how far you’ve come and create a plan to sustain your healing and freedom. You are no longer defined by trauma—you are defined by truth. You are no longer stuck—you are walking in purpose. This week equips you to live boldly, wisely, and whole—and to move forward with courage, confidence, and clarity.2
