- Week 2: Replacing Lies with Truth & Breaking Fear LoopsThis week, we expose the lies that anxiety uses to control your mind and emotions. Through scripture, prayer, and journaling, you’ll learn to cast your burdens onto God, speak faith over fear, and experience His peace that surpasses understanding. You'll begin creating new mental pathways rooted in God’s truth.1
- Week 3: Creating Peaceful Structure & Anchoring Your Mind
In Week 3, you’ll discover the power of structure in emotional and spiritual healing. You’ll build life-giving routines that guard your mind and spirit, and learn how renewing your thoughts with scripture can dissolve anxiety at its root. This week marks a shift from chaos to divine order.1
- Week 4: Healing Emotional Wounds & Trusting God\'s Plan
This week, we go deep into the heart. Anxiety often comes from old wounds, betrayals, or disappointments. Through forgiveness, inner healing, and choosing to trust God again, you’ll begin restoring your peace and sense of safety. This week’s work will open up space in your heart for joy to return.1
- Week 5: Reclaiming Authority & Living Above Anxiety
By Week 5, you’re no longer just surviving—you’re rising. This week empowers you to live above fear and anxiety by walking in your God-given authority. You’ll declare your prophetic identity, break old fear patterns, and begin preparing your victory story. The atmosphere shifts when you realize who you really are.1
- Week 6: Sustaining Peace & Embracing Your New Identity
Congratulations—you’ve overcome more than you realize. In this final week, we focus on sustaining your peace, identifying tools to keep you strong, and embracing the new, healed version of yourself. Through testimonies, declarations, and your personalized Peace Map, you’ll walk forward with clarity, joy, and divine purpose.2
